Privacy Policy

Welcome to fr.wele-learn.com. Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information from you when you visit our site, register, or fill out a form. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, and any other details you provide.

How We Use Your Information

We use account information to provide and secure the learning service, maintain subscriptions and records required to operate it, improve the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to operate features such as subscriptions, hosting, email, and error monitoring.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account from the account settings in the app. We schedule the request for deletion after a 30-day recovery period. During this period, signing in lets you cancel the request. Once deletion is completed, we remove or anonymize account information and delete data associated with the account where practical. We retain an audit record of the deletion event. This record includes the account ID, request reason, action, deletion time, and the original email address and its hash. We keep the email to support account re-engagement and win-back communications. The current audit process does not automatically expire these email records. To object to re-engagement messages or ask us to remove the email from the deletion record, contact [email protected]. Some transaction or security records may also be retained where needed for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
